At-a-glance summary to answer the most asked question instantly. Colour coded task priority to guide the manager toward what matters most. A calm overview while users can dig one click deeper. Everything built on a grid with generous breathing room to prevent cognitive overload.
Hotel managers juggle chaos
A booking system, a staff schedule, important alerts- all disconnected. By the time you see the big picture, you've missed a reservation and a housekeeper called in sick.
One easy dashboard
Reservations, housekeeping, staff, and alerts- colour coded by priority and workload. A manager sees what's urgent, what's next, and when they're heading toward a problem.
Walkthroughs
Staff status by department
Each department shows how many are on shift vs. total required. When workload is at risk, a red status warns the manager, so they can call in reinforcements or reassign tasks before service breaks.
