Key UX decisions
At-a-glance summary to answer the most asked question instantly. Colour coded task priority to guide the manager toward what matters most. A calm overview while users can dig one click deeper. Everything built on a grid with generous breathing room to prevent cognitive overload.
Staff status by department
Each department shows how many are on shift vs. total required. When workload is at risk, a red status warns the manager, so they can call in reinforcements or reassign tasks before service breaks.
